Dorsey & Whitney filed a trademark and trade dress infringement lawsuit Tuesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of gourmet cookie storefront franchisor Crumbl. The suit accuses Crumble Cookie Bar of intentionally copying the plaintiff's trademarks, marketing copy and color schemes. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00924, Crumbl LLC et al v. Crumble LLC.
