Attorneys at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani on Wednesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against UGI subsidiary AmeriGas Propane LLC and Ferguson Enterprises LLC to Florida Southern District Court. The suit was filed by attorney Sean M. Cleary on behalf of Javier Cruz. The defendants are accused of improperly installing a gas grill at the plaintiff's home, leading to an explosion.
