Smith, Gambrell & Russell and Hollingsworth LLP on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against Novartis and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, which claims injuries caused by the ADHD treatments FocalinXR and Metadate CD, was filed by Garland, Samuel & Loeb on behalf of a male plaintiff who alleges that the drugs caused or contributed to the development of gynecomastia. The case is 1:22-cv-02688, Cuble v. UCB, Inc. et al.
