Spirit Airlines and members of its board of directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit Tuesday in New York Southern District Court over the company's planned sale to Frontier Group. The lawsuit was filed by Rowley Law PLLC on behalf of Reka Daroczi. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02327, Daroczi v. Spirit Airlines, Inc. et al.
