Equifax and Wells Fargo were sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court case was brought by Wakhisi-Douglas LLC on behalf of Ted Davis. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00426, Davis v. Wells Fargo Bank et al.
