Gamer Advantage, a maker of gaming gear and glasses, was hit with a consumer class action Monday in California Eastern District Court over its 'FogAway' lens and screen cleaning product. The suit, brought by Bursor & Fisher, contends that the anti-fog spray is falsely marketed as safe despite containing a high level of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00562, Dawood v. Gamer Advantage LLC.
