Kenneth G. Menendez of Freeman, Mathis & Gary has entered an appearance for Stan Koch and Sons Trucking Inc. in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination. The suit, filed Dec. 17 in Georgia Northern District Court by Barrett & Farahany on behalf of Valerie De Armas, pursues hostile work environment, harrassment and retaliation claims.
