Grant & Eisenhofer and Julie & Holleman filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Delaware Court of Chancery in connection with the proposed $1.3 billion acquisition of Paya Holdings Inc. by Nuvei Corp. The complaint, brought on behalf of Jasmine Young, seeks to inspect the books and records of Paya to look over any potential conflicts of interest or wrongdoing in relation to the transaction.
