Music platform Spotify has acquired Podsights and Chartable in a deal guided by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Financial terms were not disclosed. Stockholm-based Spotify was represented by a Skadden Arps team including partners Howard Ellin and Christopher Barlow. Counsel information for Podsights and Chartable was not immediately available.
