Counsel at Brown McGarry Nimeroff on Monday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against the Sage Group and Wellspring Software to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr on behalf of Delaware River Waterfront Corp., which accuses the defendants of negligently allowing a former Delaware River accounting administrator to steal approximately $2.4 million. The case is 2:22-cv-01905, Delaware River Waterfront Corporation v. The Sage Group PLC et al.
