Counsel at Phelps Dunbar and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton on Friday removed a breach-of-contract class action lawsuit against Bond Pharmacy, Advanced Infusion Solutions, and AIS Healthcare to Louisiana Eastern District Court. The suit, filed by the Richardson Law Group and the Law Offices of Sidney D. Torres III, alleges that the defendants billed thousands of dollars worth of claims to patients without providing the billed care. The case is 2:21-cv-00774, Denning v. Bond Pharmacy Inc.
