Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court on behalf of DGC/RAR Inc., doing business as Calabria's Restaurant. The complaint, which pursues claims against Motorists Insurance Company, seeks declaratory judgment for the reimbursement of expenses arising from a disputed property damage claim.
