Steven J. Rosenwasser and William E. Eye of Greenberg Traurig have stepped in to represent Red Bull Media House North America Inc. in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The suit, filed March 31 in Georgia Northern District Court by Kent & Risley on behalf of Diatek Licensing, asserts two patents related to the recording and transmission of video and/or audio content. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark H. Cohen, is 1:22-cv-01283, Diatek Licensing LLC v. Red Bull Media House North America, Inc.
