Counsel at Jackson Lewis on Monday removed an ERISA lawsuit against the American Chemical Society to District of Columbia District Court. The suit, over short-term disability benefits, was filed pro se by Shane Joseph Boland Doyle. The case is 1:22-cv-02591, Doyle v. American Chemical Society.
