Kline & Specter and Johnson Becker PLLC filed a product liability lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court against Instant Brands over its Instant Pot pressure cooker. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Amber Durham. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-05417, Durham v. Instant Brands, Inc.
