Counsel at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg on Thursday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Costco Wholesale to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Jeffrey R. Lessin & Associates on behalf of Galina Dvoirin and Jury Kheifetz. The case is 2:22-cv-00920, Dvoirin et al v. Costco Wholesale Corporation.
