Auto-Owners Insurance was hit with an insurance coverage lawsuit Thursday in South Dakota District Court. The court case, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was brought by Marlow, Woodward & Huff on behalf of Maurice Ekeren. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-04067, Ekeren v. Auto Owners Insurance Company.
