Attorneys at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Monday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Sherwin-Williams to California Northern District Court. The suit, which alleges sexual harassment and retaliation, was filed by Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery on behalf of Kacie Lynn Elbert. The case is 3:21-cv-08693, Elbert v. The Sherwin-Williams Company.
