TransUnion and Portfolio Servicing Inc. were sued Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The lawsuit was filed by Berry & Associates and Armor Law on behalf of Roger Escalante. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00059, Escalante v. Trans Union LLC et al.
