O'Reilly Automotive was sued Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged violations of the ADA. The court action was brought by Matthew N. Pope PC on behalf of Michael Estrada. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00528, Estrada v. O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc.
