Walmart was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Friday in Texas Western District Court. The court action, asserting three patents connected to LED technology, was filed by Locke Lord on behalf of Everlight Electronics Co. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:23-cv-00439, Everlight Electronics Co., Ltd. v. Walmart Inc.
