Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani filed an emergency motion for a temporary restraining order and a motion to enforce a sealed settlement agreement lawsuit Tuesday in Texas Eastern District Court on behalf of Farmer Bros. Co., a Texas-based coffee company. The suit pursues claims against Angeline Ash. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:21-cv-00814, Farmer Bros. Co. v. Ash.
