Lawyers at Hall Booth Smith and Hollberg & Weaver on Wednesday removed a civil rights lawsuit against the Cobb County Chief of Police, the Atlanta Braves, Liberty Media and a slew of other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Garland Samuel & Loeb on behalf of Thomas Allen Farr, who claims that he was assaulted by staff after being asked to leave an event he had attended with his friends. The case is 1:22-cv-00883, Farr v. CTG Hospitality Group, LLC et al.
