Counsel at Hawkins Parnell & Young on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Mesilla Valley Transportation to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Hagen Rosskopf LLC on behalf of Marcuse Foster. The case is 3:21-cv-00211, Foster v. Enriquez et al.
