Attorneys at Littler Mendelson on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Brinker International Inc., the parent company of Chili's restaurant, to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Dion & Goldberger on behalf of Michael Fowler, who contends he was wrongfully terminated based on the results of a background check. The case is 2:22-cv-01020, Fowler v. Brinker International Inc. t/a Chili's Grill & Bar.
