Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd and Chestnut Cambronne filed a data breach class action Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court against 20/20 Eye Care Network Inc. and iCare Health Solutions LLC. The suit alleges that the health care providers failed to adequately safeguard the private health and personal information of patients. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 0:21-cv-61302, Fraguada v. 20/20 Eye Care Network Inc. et al.
