Travelers and Jefferson Capital Systems LLC were sued Friday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The lawsuit was filed by the Nelson Law Chambers on behalf of Pamela D. Frazier. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-01113, Frazier v.
