Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders and Oliver Maner LLP filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Georgia Southern District Court on behalf of Frederica Development Group LLC and Frederica Holdings LLC. The complaint pursues claims against Frederica Cottages LLC, Frederica Golf Club LLC and Lawrence Road LLC. The lawsuit accuses the defendants of failing to make payments per a purchase agreement.
