White and Williams filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Delaware District Court on behalf of FTE Networks Inc. The complaint pursues claims against Alexander Szkaradek and Antoni Szkaradek, who are accused of unloading their real estate liabilities onto FTE. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
