Anderson Kill filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court on behalf of free speech software company Gab AI Inc. The suit pursues claims against Liberatio Special Ventures, Daniel Bongino and Jeffrey Wernick for the ongoing use of the 'Parallel Economy' mark. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
