Dentons filed a trade secret lawsuit Wednesday in California Southern District Court on behalf of warning systems maker Genasys Inc. The suit takes aim at Vector Acoustics and two former Genasys executives for allegedly misappropriating confidential information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00152, Genasys Inc. v. Vector Acoustics, LLC et al.
