Gibbons filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of bottling company Ginseng UP Corporation. The suit pursues claims against Berks Plant Design and Maintenance Inc. for allegedly providing bottling equipment that was not in working condition. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
