Cole, Scott & Kissane filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Thomas A. Giordano. The complaint, over alleged unpaid sales commission fees, targets Capstone Diagnostics, Genus 3 Holdings and Sparrow Healthcare. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
