Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis filed a lawsuit Wednesday in New Jersey District Court against Sunset Harbour Condominium Association and members of its board. The complaint was brought on behalf of Harriet Golen and Stewart Golen over alleged violations of the Fair Housing Act. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-12632, Golen et al v. Sunset Harbour Condominium Association et al.
