Attorneys at Sills Cummis & Gross on Wednesday removed a product liability lawsuit against Apple to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by DuBois, Sheehan, Hamilton, Levin & Weissman on behalf of Jess Gonzalez, who contends she sustained serious injuries to her wrist due to a defective Apple Watch. The case is 1:22-cv-02617, Gonzalez v. Apple Inc.
