Geico sued Best Care Medical Group and a slew of other defendants Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court for civil RICO claims. The lawsuit, brought by Smith, Gambrell & Russell, accuses the defendants of filing over $6 million in fraudulent medical service claims. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:22-cv-00321, Government Employees Insurance Co. et al v. Ronald Panella, M.D. et al.
