Geico filed a civil RICO lawsuit Monday in New York Eastern District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Rivkin Radler, targets DXR Medical Service and Dr. Denny Xavier Rodriguez for allegedly submitting over $550,000 in fraudulent no-fault insurance charges for patient examinations and shockwave therapy. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-03475, Government Employees Insurance Company et al v. Rodriguez et al.
