Rivkin Radler filed a civil RICO lawsuit Monday in New York Eastern District Court on behalf of Geico. The suit targets Satya Drug Corp. d/b/a Farmacia Central and other defendants for allegedly filing over $3.5 million in fraudulent medical charges under Geico's no-fault policies. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-06207, Government Employees Insurance Company et al v. Satya Drug Corp. et al.
