Hawkins Parnell & Young filed a lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Grange Insurance Company. The suit, against Formula Construction Group and Natalie Appelt, seeks a declaratory judgment of no duty to defend or indemnify defendants under a commercial package policy for an underlying claim and final judgment.
