Equifax and Fortiva Financial were sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court case was filed by Armor Law and Berry & Associates on behalf of Audrey Lynn Grant. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00320, Grant v. Equifax Information Services LLC et al.
