Florida State University was sued Friday in Florida Northern District Court over alleged violations of the ADA. The court case was brought by Morrison Law on behalf of a former student who alleges he was denied accommodations for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and publicly embarrassed by a professor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:21-cv-00411, Greenfield v. Florida State University.
