Avis Budget Group, Avis Car Rental and Nissan USA were sued Thursday in Maryland District Court over an allegedly defective product. The lawsuit was brought by KNA Pearl on behalf of a renter of a Nissan Titan. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:22-cv-01790, Harden v. Budget Rent A Car System, Inc. et al.
