Lawyers at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough on Wednesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against GenTek Inc. and its subsidiaries to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Brandon Smith Law on behalf of Heather and James Harrington. The case is 1:22-cv-00315, Harrington et al v. Chemtrade Chemicals US, LLC et al.
