Equifax was sued Friday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The lawsuit was brought by Armor Law and Berry & Associates on behalf of Gerald Philippe Harris. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-04488, Harris v. Equifax Information Services LLC.
