Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Co. was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit, which pertains to long-term disability benefits, was brought by Osterhout Berger Disability Law on behalf of a Walmart worker. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-01181, Hawk v. Hartford Life And Accident Insurance Company.
