Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Hooters of America LLC, HOA Systems LLC and HI Limited Partnership. The lawsuit targets Jantzen Beach Wings LLC, Amergent Hospitality Group Inc., Chanticleer Holdings Inc. and other defendants for allegedly violating the non-compete clause of a franchise agreement and wrongfully using Hooters trademarks. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-01188, HOA Systems, LLC et al v. Jantzen Beach Wings, LLC et al.
