Tesla was slapped with a consumer class action Tuesday in California Northern District Court. The lawsuit, brought by O'Connor Law Group and other law firms, accuses Tesla of modifying motor vehicle order contracts after a customer has already entered into a contract for a specific vehicle online. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-09635, Horowitz v. Tesla Motors, Inc.
