Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin removed a lawsuit against SSV York LLC and SSV LLC Wednesday to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, filed by Gordon & Lowman on behalf of herbal drug manufacturer HPR Distributors LLC, contends that the defendants contacted HPR's vendors, accused HPR of trademark infringement and 'coerced' the vendors into selling the defendants' products. The defendants are also represented by the Davidson Law Group and ErgoniQ LLC. The case is 2:22-cv-02538, Hpr Distributors, LLC v. Ssv, LLC et al.
