Lawyers at Reilly McDevitt & Henrich on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against American European Insurance Company to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, for property damage and business interruption claims arising from the 2020 riots, was filed by Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg on behalf of HS Global Inc. The case is 2:22-cv-02142, HS Global,Inc. v. American European Insurance Company.
