Lawyers at Balch & Bingham on Monday removed a lawsuit against debt account owner Midland Funding to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, was filed by Carlisle Law Firm on behalf of Linda Hughes. The case is 1:21-cv-03877, Hughes v. Midland Funding, LLC.
